Advancement Operations

Advancement Operations is responsible for managing the business operations for the division. The University’s trademark licensing program is also located within Advancement Operations.

Areas of Focus:

• Oversee the division's Strategic Plan goals and objectives, and track metric targets and results
• Oversee the division’s daily business operation, assuring compliance with government laws, guidelines and regulations
• Maximize the impact of financial and human resources
• Interpret and apply University policies and procedures
• Oversee and grow the University’s trademark licensing program, ensuring quality control over Fresno State merchandise
